Why I made this blog

Yesterday was my family's annual family reunion. I don't really like my family, but there is a reason. See, my family is the type of people that would take you to a Nascar race for your sixteenth birthday. My uncle was trying to talk to me  about cars, but stopped when he realized I know nothing about cars.  I went to go get some food and on the way I saw my cousin chilling on his laptop computer. Now, I don't know much more about computers than I do about cars, but I'd rather talk to my cousin than my uncle because my cousin actually knew what was going on in the world.I got my food and sat down next to him. We started talking about how lame the family was...Well, I did. He didn't actually talk much. When I ran out of things to say about the family I started talking about this backstabbing friend I have (more about that later).  When I was finished he told me that he didn't care about anything I had said, but he said people om the might. He showed me a blog and told me I should vent online so he wouldn't have to hear about it. By that time the reunion was over, and I went home. Then I made a Gmail account and created a blogger account. And here we are now.

  4. Honestly it does seem like you were just trying to get his attention after he was clearly showing no signs of interest so I don't blame him for referring you to here.

Although in reality he was pretty nice for doing so anyways. I probably wouldn't have done the same.

  15. To be honest you shouldn't dislike your family for stuff like that. They sound like a great family, and they're the only one you'll ever have (hopefully).

I'll just throw this out here. I believe my family to be one of the greatest ever. They forgot both my sixteenth and seventeenth birthday. I'm frequently left to babysit my four siblings while they go out. My mom is over protective and won't let me farther then the park a three minute walk away without asking her two days in advanced. To top that off I'm 18.

Anyways welcome to blogging, it is quite a help if you can tolerate jerks like me who are brutally truthful to what they believe.
